Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Asuntosäätiön Asumisoikeus Oy:n Takomotie 25, Helsinki perusparannushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Asuntosäätiön Asumisoikeus Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen vuonna 1997 valmistuneen 5-7-kerroksisen asumisoikeuskohteen perusparantamiseksi.

Asuinhuoneistoissa ja yhteisissä aputiloissa tehdään toimenpideluokkaa IV vastaavia perusparannustoimenpiteitä. Lisäksi hankkeessa uusitaan vesikate, huippuimurit, hissit ja kiinteistön valaistus ja lukitus. Julkisivu, ikkunat, ovet ja porrashuoneiden ja yleisten tilojen pintarakenteet kunnostetaan. Piha-alue varusteineen ja LVIS -järjestelmä kunnostetaan ja uusitaan osittain. Parvekkeet lasitetaan. Hankkeessa on 58 kpl tavanomaista asumisoikeusasuntoa ja hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
1 156 €/asm².

Kohteen korjattavien ja uusittavien rakennusosien ja järjestelmien kunto on huono tai ei täytä nykyvaatimuksia, joten perusparannus on aiheellinen.
