Committees and boards
The Swedish Sub-committee is responsible for the Education Division’s decision-making where Helsinki’s Swedish-speaking language group is concerned.
The City Council appoints the Sub-committee’s members and deputies from among the Swedish-speaking language group for the City Council’s period of office.
The Sub-committee has nine members. Each member has a personal deputy member.

Minutes and agendas comprise of cases that are handled in a meeting.
