The Board of Construction Services (Stara) is responsible for Stara’s decision-making. Stara is part of the City of Helsinki’s Central Administration.
The City Board appoints the members, deputies and Chairs of the Board of Stara for a two-year period.
The Board has five members. Each member has a personal deputy member.
